It coordinated the project “Environmental sustainability at World Youth Day”, part of the Jornada Mundial de la Juventud in Rio de Janeiro, where 4 million young people met Pope Francis, as well as the Sustainability Project for the last two visits to Italy of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama Tenzin Gyatso.
On the occasion of the G7 Environment Summit in Bologna, it coordinated the project “Stop Plastic Waste”, organised by the Italian Ministry for the Environment, in collaboration with the French Ministry of the Environment and with Novamont, in the Territorial Office of Bologna. During the event, the Rwandan Minister of the Environmen officialised his country’s entry into the Stop Plastic Waste Coalition launched at the COP22 in Marrakech.
